About Me

Hi everyone.

My name is Jeremy Riley, AKA Zorro, GMJ (and many other names, I’m sure I was born in Morley, Leeds, UK and moved to Australia in 1984. I have spent most of my time in the city where I still live – Canberra, Australia. I married my college sweetheart, Tui, in 1996 and we have two children, Gulliver and Jemima.

After dabbling in film-editing, I took a job at a computer store and this eventually led to me owning a computer games store called Computer Games World from 1995 – 1999.

I had great fun there, but it all ended dramatically and expensively and so I moved into the world of IT, working for Fujitsu Australia, where I stayed for just over three years.

I then moved to a data security company – Verizon Business – I run a great team and am learning a lot.

What do I do for fun? Well, I’m a creature of habit for a start.

I play videogames, read books, hang with friends, design web pages, walk the dog, watch movies, attend cultural ‘happenings’ and occasionally, write.
